Fee Billing
Fees are payable half-termly in advance.
Notice of Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw your child, we kindly request a minimum of 4 weeks' written notice. Fees paid for a half-term are non-refundable.

Group Class Size
Group classes are kept small, with a maximum of 8 students, to ensure every child receives focused, personalised attention.

Missed/Cancelled Lessons

Lessons missed by the student are considered delivered and are non-refundable.

Lessons cancelled by the tutor will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time or credited back to your account.
